The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 2,             
1997, calendar (page 1491), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 266                                                            
"An Act relating to limited liability companies and limited                   
partnerships; and providing for an effective date."                            
                                                                               
Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
following member be excused from a call of the House.  There being
